  1. In large skillet, melt margarine and saute onion and pepper until soft.
  2. Add potatoes and saute 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes; cook over high heat until slightly thickened.
  4. Add green beans and heat thru.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
