Italian Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes and place in stovetop pot
  2. Cover with water, bring to boil
  3. Boil gently 12-17 minutes, until fork tender
  4. Drain potatoes in colander and return to pot
  5. Add butter and seasonings
  6. Stir til butter is melted and seasonigs are well distributed
  7. Serve warm
  8. ** I have also done this with these variations: (I keep the butter each time)
  9. Lemon/pepper/garlic/parsley
  10. Lemon/pepper/worcestershire/garlic
  11. Bbq rub
