Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil until tender. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender.
  2. Stir in undrained tomatoes, carrot, vinegar and basil. Bring to boil. Reduce heat.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until desired thickness.
  4. Stir in chicken strips. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  6. Toss tomato mixture with pasta.
