Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup raisins (or 1 cup of parmesan
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 250 g sour cream (whole or fat-free , but guess which 1 works best!!!)
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix these wet ingredients together and then incorporate the dry.
  2. I use a round cake pan, but you could make them traditionally by the drop method, just check for golden-brownness before removing from a 375 degree oven. If using a cake pan, check after 20-25 minutes.
