Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle beer (i used coors)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir, cover and lower heat.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Do not lift lid.
  6. Turn off heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes without lifting lid.
  7. Lift lid and fluff with a fork.
  8. Serve.
