Pepperoni Pizza Bread for the Bread Machine

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water , plus
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 3/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Measure carefully.
  2. Place all ingredients except pepperoni into bread machine in order as directed by manufacturer.
  3. Add pepperoni (I think I will chop it up) 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends (or at raisin/nut signal if your machine has it).
  4. Use basic white cycle and medium or light crust color.
  5. Do not use delay cycle.
  6. When baked remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
