Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tsp knorr's tomato bouillon (with chicken) or 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce with 3 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add rice and stir until light, golden brown.
  3. Add water, CAREFULLY.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir lightly.
  7. Cover and let sit 5-10 minutes.
  8. Fluff with fork.
