Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chopped apples with lemon juice. Combine with chopped tomatoes.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and spices.
  3. Stir in chopped apples and tomatoes to coat.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Cover pie with foil, and bake in 375 oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, and bake 25-30 minutes longer.
