Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. of seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup of brandy
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of sour cream

Directions:

  1. Wash, stem and dry grapes.
  2. Put in a deep bowl.
  3. Mix brandy, honey, lemon juice and sugar; pour over grapes.
  4. Chill for at least five hours.
  5. Serve in small bowls (juice and all) topped with a dollop of sour cream.

  7. Mom liked to serve this after a heavy meal, particularly during the summer heat. It is cool and refreshing.
