Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil
  2. When the oil is hot, add the onions and garlic
  3. Add the corriander, cumin, and chilis
  4. Cook until the onions are transulcent
  5. Mix the spices with the mayo; add cilantro, salt and lemon juice to taste
  6. Spoon the mayo mixture into the potatoes a little at a time
