Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (4 oz can coconut )
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Beat eggs, add butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt , vanilla and milk.
  3. Next mix in coconut.
  4. Put in 2 ungreased 8 inch pie pans
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes
  6. ***No there is no crust.
