Iceberg Orange Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Tear lettuce leaves into a serving bowl.
  2. Cut orange segments in half lengthwise and arrange over lettuce.
  3. In a small bowl, mix orange juice, orange peel and sugar.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream and cream of tartar and it holds soft peaks.
  5. Fold in orange juice mixture and season with salt.
  6. Pour over salad and top with nuts.
