Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Let the ice cream soften
  2. Beat the whipping cream with the almond extract until it forms stiff peaks
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the ice cream
  4. Place this mixture in individual dishes
  5. Spoon cherries on top, gently pushing some of the fruit slightly into the mixture.
  6. Spoon a little of the cherry juice on also.
  7. Place in the freezer and allow to firm up before serving.
