Ingredients:

  • 7 onions , medium size
  • 7 potatoes , medium size
  • 3 cups water

Directions:

  1. First put potatoes in kettle.
  2. Add ribs, carrots and onions; salt to taste.
  3. Bring to slow boil, cover and cook for about 3 hours.
  4. When done take out bones and mash.
