Hungarian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • vinegar 3 tsp
  • olive oil 2 tsp
  • greek yoghurt / sour cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel your cucumber usuing a potatoe peeler (or a knife)
  2. Chop the cucumber finely.
  3. Mix vinegar and olive oil.
  4. Add cucumber- mix
  5. (optional) add yoghurt / sour cream - mix
