This is a great way to chill in the kitchen in the summer. its simple and easy to make. this refreshing salad can be eaten as a side dish or as a light appetizer. Ingredients:
1 full cucumber |
vinegar 3 tsp |
olive oil 2 tsp |
greek yoghurt / sour cream (optional) |
Directions:
