Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla
1 egg white
1/4 cup red pepper
1/4 cup onion
3 tbsp salsa
Directions:
1. either grill or quickly sautee the vegetables (microwave will do just fine)
2. fry your egg white over minimal oil or just on a non stick frying pan
3. heat tortilla
4. put egg on tortilla, followed by vegetables and salsa
5. wrap it up and enjoy
