Hot Tuna Sandwiches for Lunch!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly spray baking pan with sides with cooking oil.
  3. Mix eggs, 1 tbls butter, 1/4 cup soup together.
  4. Butter two slices of bread and place on pan, buttered side up. Spread egg mixture on top.
  5. Butter two more slices of bread on both sides. Place on top of egg mixture.
  6. Mix tuna, onion, mayonnaise together.
  7. Spread on top of second slice of bread.
  8. Butter two more slices of bread on one side only. Place buttered side up on top of tuna mixture.
  9. Bake until golden brown. Mix remaining soup with milk and heat. Serve over sandwiches.
