Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1.) Preheat either one large or two medium skillets to medium and cook the sausages until brown on all sides.
  2. 2.) Remove the sausages and add the oil.
  3. 3.) Add the peppers and onions and cook until peppers begin to soften.
  4. 4.) Add the sausages back into the pan(s) and pour over the tomato sauce and chopped tomatos.
  5. 5.) Cook until the sauce reduces and is no longer runny.
  6. 6.) Serve on a toasted club roll.
