Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 1/4 oz) package rice-a-roni , beef flavored
  • 10 oz rotel
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Put ground beef in a bowl with the can of rotel.
  3. Cook rice a roni according to directions but with only 2 cups of water and add beef/rotel mixture before putting lid on.
