Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)
  • 10 oz rotel
  • 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 -3 jalapeno, diced with seeds (i do this to taste, but i usually use three for the batch)

Directions:

  1. Brown meat with the onions and drain to remove the grease.
  2. Add the water first, then the remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil then simmer for at least 45 minutes.
  4. Serve with Saltines, Cornbread or your favorite chili fixins'.
