Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare potatoes or warm left over potatoes.
  2. Heat sour cream in a medium saucepan being careful not to boil.
  3. Add mustard, salt and sugar then stir to blend and stir into hot potatoes.
  4. Add onion and stir to blend then spoon into foil baking shells and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
