Hot Cauliflower With Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim cauliflower, wash thoroughly and cook whole in boiling salted water;
  2. Make the sauce. Combine milk, onion and dill, and bring to a boil;
  3. Melt butter, stir in flour and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly;
  4. Stir hot milk into flour mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth;
  5. Cook 2 minutes longer to thicken;
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped shrimp and cook over low heat until heated through;
  7. Fold whipped cream into sauce;
  8. Place hot cauliflower on hot serving dish and pour sauce over it. Decorate with whole shrimp and dill.
