Hot Bacon Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 2 bacon slices
  • 1 (16oz package read to eat coleslaw)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium high heat until crisp; remove bacon from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet.
  2. Set bacon aside.
  3. Add coleslaw to drippings, saute over medium high heat about 3 minutes.
  4. Add vinegar and next 4 ingredients; cook 1 minute, stirring constlantly.
  5. Remove from heat; crumble bacon, and stir into coleslaw mixture.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Enjoy!
