Directions:

  1. In a saucepan combine eggs, milk, half and half, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Stir over medium heat until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, whisk in brandy.
  4. Ladle into mugs and sprinkle with nutmeg.
