Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 slices bread
  • oil or butter

Directions:

  1. Whisk ingredients (eggs first) in a bowl. Dip bread slices.
  2. In mixture and fry in oil or butter in a frying pan or on.
  3. A griddle until golden brown. Makes 3-4 servings.
