Horseradish Dill Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes.
  2. Put in a pout then pour cold water to come just above the potatoes.
  3. Add salt then stir and cover.
  4. Set on heat on top of the stove.
  5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium and boil for 20 minutes.
  6. Drain in colander and return to pot.
  7. Add butter and start mashing potatoes.
  8. When they get pretty smooth add sour cream and horseradish.
  9. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  10. Add dill and mix well with a wooden spoon.
