Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes / Kumara

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan.
  2. Add the honey and mix thoroughly.
  3. Coat the sweet potato slices with the honey and butter mixture.
  4. Roast at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
  5. Finish off under the grill to give them a nice colour!
  6. I guess you could add cinnamon, nutmeg and/or other wintery spices too.
