Honey-Pineapple Glazed Ham

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake ham in a roasting pan at 350º for 1-1/2 hours.
  2. In small saucepan, mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  3. Stir in pineapple, honey and mustard.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
  5. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  6. Brush sauce over ham and bake 30 minutes, basting once or twice during cooking time.
  7. Brush sauce over ham before serving.
  8. Yield: 12 servings.
