Honey Orange Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. orange zest
  • 1 lb. tilapia

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except fillets and pour over fish in glass baking dish. Cover and chill at least one hour. Remove fish and reserve marinade. Grill or broil fish 4-6 from heat source, turning once and brushing with marinade, until fish is thoroughly cooked and flakes easily when tested with fork, about 12-15 minutes.
