Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and, if desired, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg. Cover and chill up to 4 days. Serve over mixed salad greens with your favorite toppings.
