Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp djion mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp vegetable oil , like soy , peanut , or corn

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, vinegar, and salt. Gradually whisk in the oil to make a creamy dressing. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
