Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. saute in olive oil for 6 minutes per side. remove chicken from pan. Add orange juice, chicken broth, mustard, honey and pepper sauce to pan. bring to a boil and cook whisking occasionally untill sauce thickens slightly. return thighs to pan and heat thru over medium low heat. serve with sauce poured over.
