boneless skinless thighs in a tangy sauce
Ingredients:
16 oz chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. saute in olive oil for 6 minutes per side. remove chicken from pan. Add orange juice, chicken broth, mustard, honey and pepper sauce to pan. bring to a boil and cook whisking occasionally untill sauce thickens slightly. return thighs to pan and heat thru over medium low heat. serve with sauce poured over.
