Ingredients:

  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Cut carrots into 1/4-inch-thick matchsticks and in a steamer steam over boiling water, covered, until tender, 4 to 5 minutes. In a bowl stir together remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste and toss with hot carrots.
