Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup. dijon mustard
  • 3 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Directions:

  1. Dip thighs in mustard/honey/juice mix
  2. Dredge in breadcrumbs
  3. Place on baking sheet or roasting pan
  4. Drizzle with oil
  5. Bake at 375 30-35 minutes
