  1. In large bowl stir together oil, vinegar and honey.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, toss well to coat.
  3. To Section Grapefruit or Oranges:.
  4. 1) using sharp paring knife, remove the peel and white membrane by cutting in a spiral pattern.
  5. 2) for each section, cut toward the center of the fruit between the section and the membrane.
  6. 3) turn knife, sliding knife down the other side of the section next to the membrane. remove any seeds.
