Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard.
  2. Add honey, sugar, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Slowly add oil while mixing briskly with a wire whisk. Refrigerate.
