Honey-Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In shallow bowl, combine butter, orange juice, honey and salt.
  2. Remove 1/3 c and set aside for basting.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in remaining butter mixture.
  4. Place in well-greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with reserved butter mixture.
