Honey Glaze Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 avacado slice length wise
  • 1 banana slice 1/2 thick at angle
  • 1/4 cup raisens
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 11/2 tsp poppy seed
  • 1/4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • lettuce : boston , butter or even spinache approx 1/2 lb(your choice)

Directions:

  1. Start with dressing:
  2. Place all dressing ingrediants in a jar that can be lided and shaken well ensuring a leak won't occurr.
  3. Let set while you cut up fruit.
  4. Place lettuce on the bottom of serving bowl creating bed of lettuce to present this beautiful salad on
  5. After cutting up fruit give marinade final shake and poor over fruit.
  6. Gently turn to coat fruit then place fruit in serving dish with lettuce.
