Honey Ginger Marinated Chicken - OAMC

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry

Directions:

  1. Place chicken pieces in a large freezer bag.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, seal and squish together to mix marinade and coat chicken pieces.
  3. Freeze.
  4. To serve:.
  5. Thaw in fridge.
  6. Either grill the chicken until done or.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes for boneless skinless breasts or about 45 - 50 minutes for bone in pieces. It really depends on how big the pieces are. cook until juices run clear.
