Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the scallops, garlic, and honey and place in a casserole baking dish. Refrigerate overnight, or 8 hours to marinate.
  2. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, or until done. The baking takes longer with the large sea scallops, and less time with the smaller bay scallops.
