Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix beef with egg, onion, red pepper, bread crumbs, soy sauce, worcesterschire sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Form into meatballs and place on greased or lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 450 for about 25 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in large skillet combine beef stock, garlic, honey, cornstarch, and hot pepper sauce. Cook until thickened.
  5. Add meatballs and the juices then stir to coat.
  6. Sprinkle green onions over top and serve.
