Honey Garlic Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 carrots, washed,peeled , and cut into pieces.
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed through a press.
  • 1-2 tbsp. honey , depending on sweetness wanted.

Directions:

  1. Boil the cut up carrots for 10-14 mins.Just untill they are soft, but with not fully give when stabbed with a fork.
  2. Drain water.
  3. Press cloves through and toss around carrots.
  4. Drizzle honey all over the carrots and toss again.
  5. Try a piece after 1 TBS. of honey to see if you want more.
