Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp port wine

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend at medium speed until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately over fruit salad or grapefruit.
  3. Variation: Honey-Apple Dressing - substitute apple juice for port wine.
