Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the honey in a shallow bowl.
  3. Coat chicken with the honey and set aside.
  4. Combine the remaining dry ingredients.
  5. (not the spray) in a shallow pie plate.
  6. Dredge the chicken in the dry mixture.
  7. Place on cookie sheet (with rim) that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
  8. Coat the chicken generously with additional nonstick spray.
  9. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until juices are clear.
  10. *(the bottom gets darker than the top so I usually cook this on the top rack)*Boneless chicken will take less time.
  11. 25-35 minutes.
  12. *alsomakes great nuggets if you cut chicken breast into bite size pieces.
  13. (adjust cooking time).
