Ingredients:

  • 3 quarts popped corn
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit , bits (2 (0.9 oz)

Directions:

  1. Pour popcorn into a bowl coated with cooking spray, set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in honey and next 3 ingredients . Bring to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly. Boil; without stirring, 7 minutes or until candy thermometer registers 250°F.
  3. Remove from heat . Stir in cinnamon, soda, and vanilla, pour over popcorn, stirring to coat. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 15X10 inch jellyroll pan.
  4. Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden, stirring every 5 minutes. Stir in dried fruit; cool. Serve in airtight containers.
