Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp poppy seed
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup miracle whip

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients extra well.
