  1. The day before you make the stuffing break up the loaf of bread to dry out. The next day melt margarine in a skillet and add celery and onion and cook till almost tender and cool completely. Meanwhile, put bread in a LARGE bowl add eggs and sage then add completely cooled celery and onion mixture. Add broth a little at a time until your desired consitancy. Pour into a pan of your choice for baking. Top with dollaps of margarine and salt and pepper to your taste. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven, uncovered for about 1 hour. ENJOY!!!!!
