Homemade Turkey Stuffing With Liver

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crisp
  2. Add onion, liver and celery to pan.
  3. Cook for 8 to 10mins or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add green onions both types of stock
  5. Cook for 5mins or until heated through.
  6. In the large mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients.
  7. Stir to combine.
  8. Add the contents of the pan to the mixing bowl and stir gently.
  9. Add water if stuffing appears dry.
  10. Loosely pack the cavity of the turkey with the stuffing
  11. Any remaining stuffing can be baked in a casserole dish
